I can’t even begin to tell you. Personally, I love ‘em cooked just until they’re warm in the middle. Most folks’ll tell you this is called “raw”. So be it. I am not ashamed of the fact that I love my hamburger patties still able to utter a lonesome moo as they slide down my ravenous carnivorous throat. Nosir.

But what I find most enjoyable is tinkering with the recipe of my hamburger patties. Every once in a while I get itchin’ to change things up and add a spice or two, or some other dangfangled addition to my usual hamburger patty routine. That’s where things can get real interesting.

But for the most part, I’m a creature of habit, and I lovce my hamburger patties just the way god intended ‘em: straight from the cow to the grinder to the grill to my gullet.

And my hamburger patties love me just the way I am, too.
