Hamburger Patties

Some folks just like to slap a beef patty on the grill and be done with it. But I like to add a few simple ingredients to really enhance the flavor of the beef. The added ingredients also make your hamburger go farther to feed more.


(serves 4)
1 lb. grass-fed ground beef
1 sm. red onion chopped
1 egg
1/2 c. 2percent milk
1/2 c. bread crumbs or panko
Dash Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic finely minced

Mix all ingredients. Divide into four and shape into hamburger patties. Fry or grill to taste!
